Echoes in the Basin is a short cinematic environment piece exploring tension between vast natural beauty and concealed human violence. The landscape is calm. What happened in it is not.

Inspired by Emmanuel Lubezki’s expansive natural cinematography in The Revenant, Jóhann Jóhannsson’s slow building tension in the Sicario soundtrack, and the scale and atmosphere of EA’s Battlefield 2042.
